CEO
Khadijah Lang
Khadijah Lang is the President and CEO, and a senior leader with over 25 years of professional experience in Corporate Operations. She has a proven track record of driving strategies and initiatives in multiple areas, including Human Capital Management, Labor Relations, Organizational Management, Change Management, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). She holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Business Administration from Webster University. Her experience spans across several different industries, including Government Contracting, Telecommunications, Distribution, Hospitality, and Non-Profit organizations.

Khadijah is renowned for her results-driven leadership, which brings about forward-thinking improvement and positive change to organizational infrastructures and operating environments. She consistently sees the big picture in supporting organizational growth and development. Her business acumen involves the ability to evaluate how the key drivers of an organization relate and function with each other to generate success. Khadijah is an "Initiator" and works with key stakeholders to produce operational efficiencies and positive outcomes for customers and employees. She prides herself on exploring and implementing new ways for organizations to be more efficient.

Ben Lang
Ben Lang is the Chief Operations Officer, and a senior leader with over 20 years of management experience in Procurement, Contract Management, Finance, Retail, and Budget Management. He holds a BSBA in Business Management from Troy University and is also a United States Army Veteran. Ben is highly proficient in all aspects of purchasing and vendor management. His effective expertise has produced program and organizational success in State Government, Hospitality, and the Retail industries.

Ben's skills in contract negotiation, development, implementation of long-term commodity strategies, management of working capital, cost analysis, and leadership of cross-functional teams have delivered significant contributions in the effective management of cost and budget controls to accomplish business and operational objectives. He is a key organizational leader who is detailed in his oversight of operations to produce successful, lasting results for the organization. Ben has a results-driven management style and prides himself on being the "Negotiator". He understands that winning solutions and outcomes are best achieved through committed and transparent internal and external partnerships, and he has mastered the art of negotiation to create win-win solutions for everyone involved.
